Technology Placement Considerations in the Operatory

In a recent meeting with clients we began discussing where to place the CPU in the operatories in order to maximize space utilization and provide proper computing power. These particular clients are moving all of their operatories to rear delivery rather than a mix of some rear and some side delivery of services. Once we’d run down all of the things they wanted to see in their 12:00 cabinets, it became apparent that there was little room left for the CPU. Thus, as part of the new dental office…See More

Some companies will actually take some steps on your behalf to reduce the threat of identity theft, but such coverage can be expensive. I have seen plans ranging from $9.95 per month up to $19.95 per…See More

Your Dental Practice & Weight Loss

Clients often come to us looking for a “magic bullet” to fix their business woes or propel them to the next level of financial success. Many will also ask about some great idea they heard at a seminar that is supposed to cut their overhead dramatically, or something to that effect. Much of this stems from the fact that there are many consultants in the marketplace that would have you believe they have that “magic bullet” for your dental practice. Some dentists buy into these pitches because…

Tips for Marketing Consistently

As every practice should have their own marketing plan and approach, based on their goals, target market, etc., I am not suggesting what type of marketing you should do for your practice. What I do suggest though, is that whatever your plan is, you market consistently.

What I mean by marketing consistently is putting your message out there and… Continue
